Reservation and cancellation policies
The RWCS hosts a membership luncheon the first Friday of each month except June - August. The following streamlines the luncheon reservation process and ensures our members and guests understand our reservation and cancellation policies. These polices were created to make certain members and guests have a clear understanding of our reservation process and to mitigate the Club’s undue expenses that occur from late cancellations and no-shows.
Due to a high number of last minute reservation cancelations and because our luncheon venue now requires prepayment, the club is now requiring all luncheon reservations to be prepaid. The following are our reservation and cancellation polices:
We are no longer taking reservations by phone. To reserve your seat, use the link below
Reservation deadline: Reservations must be made by 5 PM the Monday (4 days) before the luncheon.
Payment can be made in advance online using a credit card, debit card or Paypal account
If you prefer to mail a check, it must be received by reservations deadline (4 days before the event)

Refunds: Refunds will only be given for written cancellations received before the reservation deadline. There is a $2 credit card transaction fee applied to all online refunds.
Cancellation made after the reservation deadline (within 4 days of the event) will not receive a refund. Please note the venue will charge the RWCS on the final meal count.
Walk-ins: The RWCS reserves the right to refuse to accept walk-ins without a paid reservation. If space is available due to cancellations or no-shows, the RWCS may grant entry to the luncheon on a first come, first serve basis and payment will be collect at this time.
